Metallic & Marble Epoxy Coatings

How Metallic Epoxy Floors Are Made?
Installing metallic epoxy floors is similar to standard epoxy systems, but with key differences—most notably the use of metallic pigments, thicker pours, and a multi-layered process that typically spans five days from start to finish.

It all begins with thorough surface preparation. We start by cleaning the concrete and inspecting it for any cracks or damage. Any imperfections are repaired to ensure the epoxy bonds properly and delivers long-term performance.
Next, we mechanically grind the surface using industrial diamond tooling. This step opens the concrete pores, creating an ideal surface for epoxy adhesion. After grinding, we vacuum the floor and repair any remaining cracks or flaws.
Over the following two days, we apply multiple coats of base-colour epoxy. Each layer is carefully sanded, vacuumed, and cleaned in between to ensure a smooth and durable foundation.
On day three, we mix high-grade epoxy resin with metallic pigments and pour it onto the floor. Our skilled installers use specialized techniques to manipulate the resin, creating a dynamic, flowing design tailored to your vision—whether inspired by elements like marble, lava, or ocean waves, or something completely abstract.
The next day, we apply a high-performance topcoat that protects against scratches and wear, locking in the beauty and durability of your new floor.
